Pixemix Worldwide (hereinafter for sake of brevity “Pixemix”) appraises contribution from the designers and artists in co-creating curating contagious graphical content and apart from providing platform to recognise their originality in content, Pixemix ensures that Contributors are rewarded with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on their contribution, loyalty, commitment and association with Pixemix.

Monetization Policy is therefore classified to Contributors Monetization Policies and Content Monetization Policies substantiated with Payment Guidelines and Community Guidelines.

A.Contributor Monetization Policies

We recognize your contribution by paying towards your work, creative and intangible content with novelty and originality based on following policy:

  1. Monetize authentic engagement

    1. Creators and publishers (hereinafter referred as “Contributor”) can only monetize original content of which intellectual property rights are transferred by the Contributor through Contributors License Agreement and declared to be non-copied and non- infringed content via Contributors Declaration and is consumed by their natural, authentic audience being the Consumers and End-users of the Content published on this website.

    2. Contributor may not engage in any behavior that artificially or through personification or fictitious accounts creation that inflates views or engagement. This includes manufactured sharing, which is coordinated distribution of content, often for compensation.

    3. Contributor may lose the ability to monetize if their audience significantly consists of fake engagement, including, but not limited to, likes, follows, and Views

    4. Pixemix does not endorse any publication activity performed by the Contributor which is unlawful and/or illegal and unauthorised.

    5. In any such case the Contributor shall face plenary actions including but not limited to removal and deletion of Content as Contributor to the extent of permanently delisting from the platform/website.

  2. Share accurate information

    Contributors posting content flagged as misinformation and false news may be ineligible or may lose their eligibility to monetize. However, originality, novelty and innovation are applauded with monetary and non-monetary rewards as prescribed in Content Monetization Policy and Payment Terms. On presentation and publication of non-original, copyrighted work shall make Contributor liable to face legal claims filed by the end user/licensee/ consumer. For any breach other than the breach of Contributors Agreement and/or License Agreement, Pixemix is not responsible, accountable or liable for any claims.

  3. Follow our Content Monetization Policy, Community Guidelines and Payment Terms

    Monetizing Creators and publishers must comply with and honour PIXEMIX WORLDWIDE's Content Monetization Policy in consonance with Community Guidelines and Payment Terms.

  4. Develop an established presence

    Contributors must have an authentic, established presence, availability, and legal existence while signing in or registering as Contributor on PIXEMIX WORLDWIDE who may or may not have sufficient follower base.

  5. Avoid violations

    Contributors may lose the ability to monetize if they act in abeyance to the terms of use, privacy policy, Contributors Agreement, Declaration and Community Guidelines, or have repeatedly violated their terms of engagement in accordance with these policies.

  6. Repercussions and Remedials

    In case of apparent violations, the Contributor may face suspension from publication space on the website. In case of any other violations subject to legal premises and proofs, the Contributor may be ceased from publishing any content on the website and consequently is restrained from monetizing content already published on website until proved otherwise innocent. As remedial measures in case of false allegations against the Contributors subsequently proved before the competent Court of Law, Pixemix provides for moratorium tenure of 3 months post such succeeded proceedings for the Contributors to regain the market and consumer engagements. Dormancy in activity for longer tenure may result into deletion/suspension of entity as Contributor on the website with prior intimation, notice or permission/consultation for refurbishment of contributions.

B. Content Monetization Policies

We offer features and contents that help Contributors to earn money from their content. This content needs to adhere protocols laid herein below. Content published in violation to this policy shall cease monetization through Pixemix Worldwide against which Pixemix reserves right to file legitimate claims and/or consider derogation.

Apart from Community Guidelines and Contributors Monetization Policy, it is necessary for content to procure qualifications as mentioned herein to reflect monetized value of the content. Your content itself must follow these guidelines in order to be eligible for monetization.

  1. Prohibited Formats: Content presented in the following formats cannot be monetized
  1. Static videos: Content that contains one static image and little to no motion
  2. Static image polls: Content posted for the sole purpose of increasing engagement by asking people to react to questions posed by the
  3. Slideshows of images: Content that primarily displays static images played in succession.
  4. Looping videos: Content that loops and displays the same segment multiple Looping content can include GIFs and content of varying lengths.
  5. Text montages: Content that primarily displays still or moving images with overlaid
  6. Embedded ads: Content that already includes embedded ads

2. Restricted categories

Content that depicts or discusses subjects in the following categories may face reduced or restricted monetization:

     a.   Content that leads to provocation or aggression in nature, anti-social, pro-terrorism, pro-violence, etc. are strictly 

b.Tragedy or conflict

Content may face reduced or disabled monetization if it displays or discusses events that result in suffering, destruction or distress. Depictions or discussions of these subjects, either real or fictional, may affect monetization for your content:

 Content that depicts or discusses these subjects in an explicitly uplifting manner may still be eligible for monetization.

  • Death
  • Physical injury
  • Mental disabilities
  • Illness
  • Physical abuse
  • Sexual abuse
  • Emotional abuse
  • Property damage

c.Objectionable activity

Content may face reduced or disabled monetization if it displays or discusses substance abuse or criminal behaviour. Depictions or discussions of these subjects, either real or fictional, may affect monetization for your content:

  • Substance abuse
  • Threats
  • Advocating for harm
  • Trafficking
  • Theft
  • Vandalism
  • Trespassing
  • Corruption
  • Fraud
  • Bribery
  • Insider Trading
  • Embezzlement
  • Hacking
  • Copyright Infringement
  • Judicial proceedings

 d. Sexual or suggestive activity

Content may face reduced or disabled monetization if it contains sexual subject matter. Depictions or discussions of these subjects, either real or fictional, may affect monetization for your content. 

  • Nudity
  • Sexual activity
  • Sexual poses
  • Suggestive dancing
  • Simulations of sexual activity
  • Sex objects
  • Suggestive language
  • Revealing or absent items of clothing

e. Strong language

Content may face reduced or disabled monetization if it contains profane or derogatory language. This language, either spoken, written or otherwise represented may affect monetization for your content.

  • Profanity
  • Derogatory words
  • Slurs
  • Sexual words
  • Innuendos
  • Crude gestures
  • Vulgar motions

f. Misinformation

   Content that has been rated false by a third-party fact checker.

g. Misleading medical information

   Content that contains medical claims that have been disproven by an expert organization. Including, but not limited to, anti-vaccination claims.

 Any other content leading to slander, libel, misdemeanour, or perjury or any tortious liability shall cease consisting monetary value. We value our Contributors and therefore expect them to behave as family to Pixemix which doesn’t affect its goodwill and or reputation in the market, therefore Pixemix holds prerogative to cease content display and notify the same to the Contributor as and when traced while scrutiny or otherwise and take other necessary actions against such contributor to maintain discipline on the Website.

C. Payment Terms:

  1. Making Payments

    1. Payment credentials. When you make a payment through the PIXEMIX WORLDWIDE Portal, you agree to provide a valid payment credential. When you have successfully added your payment credential, we will allow you to initiate a transaction using the payments features thereafter.

    2. Royalty: For Contributors we are paying 50% of the gross selling price excluding taxes (i,e. Selling price as published on the website minus taxes charged from the Licensee) as a commission. In case Contributors intend to work exclusively on our platform then 60% of gross selling price shall be given as royalty to Contributor. In addition to this, exclusive Contributors shall be entitled to add on benefits and get free access to promotional supplies of fonts, access to monthly art brushes, textures, fonts, e-books, trend reports, consultation tips to enhance business on the portal plus cross-marketing promotions across social channels etc. solely on the prerogative of Pixemix on AS IS AVAILABLE IS basis. The amount earned will be accumulated in 2 payment cycles and credited to the registered bank account of the Contributor on or before the 2nd and 16th of every month.

    3. Selling price for Licensee/Buyer/Customer: Selling Price displayed on the website would be gross payable amount including taxes, fees, Banking charges and shipping costs.

    4. Extra terms: You may be presented with additional terms related to a specific payment before you confirm the transaction based on the requisitions of integrated portal that we use. Those additional terms will also govern that transaction. In case of transactions in foreign currency, the bank charges shall be borne by Contributor and Consumer in any case, Pixemix Worldwide shall deal with in Indian Currency. Taxation of that respective country may be made applicable to such transaction however the same shall be borne by Contributor and Consumer respectively.

    5. Person-to-Person Transfers:. Person-to-Person transfer of funds ("P2P") may be made available at our sole discretion. If you use P2P in the Messenger service, you consent to the following terms:

    1. i. You may not use P2P if you are under the age of 18.
    2. ii. We may require that you provide more information in order to complete a transaction.
    3. iii. P2P is not intended to be used for business, commercial, or merchant transactions and such use may be discontinued without notice by us at any time. We may reverse or place a hold on your transactions or place funds in reserve if evidence of business, commercial, or merchant use is discovered
    4. iv. If you receive and accept a P2P transfer you are liable to us for not only the payment but also any third-party fees that may result from a later invalidation of that payment for any reason, including without limitation if you lose a claim or a chargeback, or if the payment is reversed. We reserve the right to charge your payment credential or take any other legal action to collect the funds to the full extent allowed by applicable law.
    5. v. Use of P2P may subject you to fees including without limitation those from third parties, such as reversal charges or other fees for insufficient funds if your attempted payment is s reversed. We reserve the right to charge your payment credential or take any other legal action to collect the funds to the full extent allowed by applicable law.
    6. vi. P2P use is at your sole risk and we assume no responsibility for the underlying transaction of funds, or the actions or identity of any transfer recipient or sender. Disputes regarding funds are between you and the sender of a payment. If a sender files a claim for a chargeback after a P2P transaction, we are not responsible for determining the veracity of claims or the disposition of the payement
  2. No Warranties

    For End users or consumers, acknowledgement that any services purchased from this website is sold by Contributors, and not by us. Therefore, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to any contents or services sold on or through the Pixemix Worldwide.

  3. Payment Methods:

    Pixemix may choose to transfer funds against the Commission to the authorised mode consensually agreed upon by and between the Contributor and Pixemix Worldwide. In case of Consumers making payments to Pixemix as per terms of License Agreement, Pixemix provides integrated web portals permitting access to authorised and authenticated mode of payment. Privacy Policy of such web portals shall get attracted to such transactions without any intervention or participation of Pixemix Worldwide.

  4. Actions We May Take:

    1. In case of any unauthorised or illegal mode of payment or fictitious payment makers, we reserve the right to seize the payment and take necessary legal actions against the recipient or donor, as the case may be.

    2. In order to prevent financial loss to you or to us, we may contact your payment credential issuer, law enforcement, or affected third parties (including other users) and share details of any payments you are associated with, if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss or a violation of law.

  5. Disputes and Reversals

    Customer assistance: We provide various tools in our Pixemix Cares Centre to assist you to resolve a dispute arising from a payment transaction. No liability for underlying transaction: For Consumers/ End Users/ Licensee our only responsibility is to handle your payment transaction. All payments are final unless otherwise required by law. For Contributors if you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. Unless you submit the claim to us within 30 days after the charge, you will have waived, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims against us arising out of or otherwise related to the transaction. Intervention: All transactions are through Pixemix and therefore there are hardly any chances of direct financial transaction by and between Consumer and Contributor therefore intervention is rarely warranted. However, Pixemix may consider intervening whenever necessary however shall not be obligated to do so.

  6. Technical difficulties:

    If you experience a technical failure or interruption of service that causes your payment to fail, you may request that your transaction be completed at a later time.

  7. Notices and Amendments to These Payments Terms:

    By using payments features through the PIXEMIX WORLDWIDE, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically any important information regarding your payments or your account. We may provide notices to you by posting them on our website, or by sending through email that you previously provided to us. Website pop up or email notices shall be considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted or sent. The same shall apply in case of recipient or donor & intimation is required to be given through electronic mail or update pop-ups for amendments and discrepancy in payment terms

  8. Additional Terms

    1. Terms of Service and conflict of terms. Our Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of payments features through the PIXEMIX WORLDWIDE Contents . In the event of any conflict between these Payments Terms and the Terms, the Payments Terms shall prevail.

    2. Conflict of laws. Some countries may restrict or prohibit your ability to make payments through the PIXEMIX WORLDWIDE Contents. Nothing in these Payments Terms should be read to override or circumvent any such foreign laws.

    3. Courtesy translations. These Payments Terms were written in English (US). To the extent any translated version of these Payments Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.

    4. Trade sanctions. You must not use payments features through the PIXEMIX WORLDWIDE in connection with activities, individuals, or entities that are located in a country or region that is embargoed by or that would otherwise violate applicable India or non-India.

D. Community Guidelines:

As the situation evolves, we continue to look at content on the platform, assess speech trends, and engage with experts, and will provide additional policy guidance when appropriate to keep the members of our community safe during this crisis.

PIXEMIX WORLDWIDE is not a place to support or praise terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups or indulge into anti-social and illegal activities as prohibited by law and under Indian customs, culture and diversity.

Remember to always follow the law and understand the Legal implications and terms of agreement in detail when offering to sell or buy services and contents produced on this website. Accounts promoting online gambling, online real money games of skill or online lotteries must get our prior written permission before using any of our contents.

We have zero tolerance when it comes to sharing sexual content involving minors or threatening to post intimate images of others, we may volunteer such cause and initiate legal actions against such activity.
